Elias Crowe is a merchant, rancher and security expert who oversees the protection of Voss & Co.’s caravans and convoys. Less polished than Selena but highly perceptive, he relies on instinct, experience and an unusual ability to read people. Together, they have built a growing network of commercial interests across Ironwood County.
“If a road feels wrong, there’s usually a reason.”
Elias Crowe has spent years working alongside Selena Voss, helping expand their interests from trade and logistics into new ventures across Ironwood County. His principal responsibility is security: he coordinates guards, routes and protection for caravans and convoys, while Selena usually handles contracts, negotiations and long-term planning.
His role became increasingly important as Voss & Co. expanded its reach and the pair established the Voss & Crowe Ranch. Elias is closely involved in the practical side of their operations, from inspecting shipments and meeting contacts to investigating threats against their businesses. His limited formal education has never prevented him from developing a sharp understanding of people, danger and opportunity.
Though generally more approachable than Selena, Elias is far from careless. He remembers faces, notices inconsistencies and is often willing to follow a suspicion long after others would have abandoned it. Beneath his relaxed manner lies a man shaped by experience, with old scars—both visible and otherwise—that he rarely discusses.
